we provide attorneys with reports within two weeks of the
request.
Objective and Subjective
Documentation of Injuries:
Rejuevinations understands the importance
of objective documentation of soft tissue injuries. Patients
are referred for neuroimaging and neurodiagnostic testing
when indicated. Patients subjective complaints are supported
with objective documentation including a comprehensive physical
exam as well as further diagnostic workup and the opinions
of specialists when needed. |
